I am an Executive and Business Coach focused on helping people realise their full potential. Having spent 23 years in the City and working Internationally, I established my first business, Charlotte Elmer Coaching Limited, in 2019 and most recently the Business Coach Directory, in 2020.
I joined Computacenter plc on graduating and soon built a solid grounding in IT, Software and Analytics. I joined Kyocera Document Solutions in 2002 as a Sales Manager and was promoted to the Executive Board within a few years. I then joined Teradata in 2012, a data warehouse and analytics organisation, as Head of International Channel Sales working Internationally with System Integrators, before moving to Transunion and then Experian where I held the position of Director of EMEA Partnerships for 3 years. The role at Experian had both matrix and direct management responsibilities until December 2018.
I have an integrated approach, drawing on a range of disciplines, enabling me to choose the most appropriate method for my client’s needs. My style is thought-provoking and pragmatic. I believe in working at my client’s pace with a constant readiness to explore issues while maintaining an appropriate level of challenge. My work encourages individuals to achieve positive and sustainable change using a strengths-based approach. Key to this is raising levels of self-awareness and increasing understanding of organisational context. I believe that individuals have the internal resources to find their own solutions and I help clients understand that there are choices to be made which have a direct bearing on the results they desire.
I have a warm and engaging approach which is outcome-focused, aligning individual, team and business aspirations. I work with clients to achieve specific objectives, and to agree ways in which those goals are measured, consistent always with client confidentiality.

Qualifications and Training
I am absolutely committed to continuous professional development. I am currently researching ‘What is Expertise’ within my MSc in Psychology. I hold Professional Certificates in Coaching Supervision and Executive Coaching and is a Coach Supervisor and Mentor for her local business network groups. Other qualifications include: Diploma in Coaching and Leadership; MBA in Business Management. I offer a wide choice in psychometric tools including DISC Profiling and Myers Briggs (MBTI).
I am a Member of the Athena Business Network Group, a Business Advisor for Young Enterprise, President of the Inner Wheel Club of Thame and a Member of the Association for Coaching and the ICF.
