During his recent roles, he participated in the development and successful implementations of sales strategies (both direct and channel). Marcin also leads, coaches and directs teams including sales teams (prospects development, opportunities qualification, closing sales), marketing, professional services.
As Director of Partnerships DACH&CEE at Experian, he was responsible for leading regional partnerships strategy to grow the business, maximizing partner sales potential, creating and justifying sales plans as well as market potential development by new, innovative partnerships. As Managing Director of BiViSee, he supported companies in achieving higher efficiency through the use of big data and business analytics. At Qlik, as a Regional Director and Board Member, he was responsible for business in 18 countries of the CEE region. Previously, he worked for companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, PeopleSoft and others in sales-related positions.
